Returns - Unwanted and Faulty Items

Unwanted items

A cooling off period of 7 days exists under Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) in which a full refund will be given for unwanted goods. Notification must be given in writing within 7 days of receiving your goods.

Returns of non-faulty goods can only be accepted within 30 days of purchase. Returns of non-faulty products must have original packaging and be in the same condition as they were sent. A restocking fee of 7% will be applicable for non-faulty goods returned in an open box condition.

Goods must be returned to us within 30 days of notification. Buyer is responsible for the costs of returning unwanted goods. Returned goods under DSR that have been used and deemed to not be in a saleable condition will not be accepted for refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to cover return postage costs and to ensure items are returned undamaged.

To return an unwanted item, please email support@roadhawk.co.uk quoting your original order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. You will then be sent an RMA returns form. This form must be completed and returned with the unwanted items.

RMA Returns forms can only be issued via e-mail and will NOT be issued over the telephone.

No return will be accepted without an RMA returns form. You can return your order, to the address above, within 30 days of the date you receive your order. Returns older than 30 days will not be accepted, unless agreed by RoadHawk in advance.

You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us.
For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery.
The original postage cost is not refundable under normal circumstances.

Faulty Products

If your product becomes faulty and is less than 2 years old, please email support@roadhawk.co.uk quoting your original order number and full details of the fault.
You will then be sent an RMA returns form. This form must be completed and returned with the faulty product(s).

RMA Returns forms can only be issued via e-mail and will NOT be issued over the telephone.

We will refund you any money you have paid us for the product(s) being returned, or provide you with a same cost alternative if required.
All returns made under warranty will be replaced or repaired and returned in the shortest possible time frame

PLEASE NOTE: If we cannot reproduce the fault, there will be a charge for returning your goods.

Gift Voucher Refunds

If you wish to return any goods purchased from ourselves for a refund that have been paid for with a gift voucher, then the refund will be made in the form of another gift voucher. The new voucher code will then be e-mailed to the e-mail address that you registered with us when you placed the order.
