Roadhawk's RH-1 is a single forward facing TEDR (total event data recorder) camera system for use in any vehicle.
The RH-1 black box camera can be installed by anyone in less than 2 minutes and provides protection to the driver by constantly recording video, G-Force and GPS data when the ignition is on. A window camera bracket with 3M sticky pad is supplied and can be adjusted to suit any window. RH-1 can be removed in seconds by un-clipping it from it's mount for security when the vehicle is unattended.
The RH-1 takes it's power from your vehicles 12v/24v accessory socket or it can be hard-wired to the ignition. The ultra wide angled lens captures everything going on in front of you and stores it on to a supplied 2gb SD flash card.
This in car camera system can be set to permanently record on a continuous loop or to store pre and post event video and data when it detects adverse G-Forces.
Video/Data files are kept safe on the SD memory card that will hold several days worth of information ready for playback on any windows based computer. Once the card is full, the RH-1 will start deleting the earliest files and continue to record and log data until the power is cut.
Easy to use software is supplied with the RH-1 to help you keep track of all the events recorded on the SD memory card. This software will show you forward facing video 30fps @ 640x480 resolution or 5fps @ 1280x960 and also displays the vehicles speed, GPS coordinates and heading.
GPS data from RH-1 driver camera is overlaid on to a built-in Google Map viewer so you can see exactly where the car has been during the recorded sessions in real time whilst viewing the video.
The RH-1 in car safety camera system provides unique CCTV to protect you from non-fault accidents. An Accident camera that not only records video but also other vital evidence about driver behavior on the road.
Warranty:
The RoadHawk RH-1 has a full 2yr warranty included.
This means if you ever have an issue with your RH-1 within 2 years of purchase then we will replace it with a brand new unit within 24hrs of returning it to us.
